Maps and tokens
Square or hex grid over any number of map images. Tokens with portraits, sizes, names, auras and condition icons.
- Hide a token, or just its name, from players
- Copy, paste and multi-select groups
Maps, tokens and fog of war, 5e-accurate rulers and spell templates, initiative, 3D dice, character sheets and a video call, all in one tab. The DM sets the scene; players join with a link.
Log in with Discord or Google. Players need an invite link from their DM.
Ready for 5e (2014 and 2024 rules) and shared live: when the DM moves a token or reveals a room, everyone sees it at once.
Square or hex grid over any number of map images. Tokens with portraits, sizes, names, auras and condition icons.
Paint fog away as the party explores. Players see solid black; the DM sees through it at half opacity.
A ruler that follows the 5e diagonal rules, and Cone, Line, Cube and Sphere templates that mark exactly the squares a spell hits.
An initiative tracker with rounds, turn announcements and a combat log, plus a party strip with everyone's hit points.
Physics dice that tumble on everyone's screen, with themes and colours per player.
Character sheets with one-click rolls, import from D&D Beyond, a step-by-step NPC builder and a monster builder.
See and hear the whole table without a separate app. Screen sharing, noise suppression and quality settings for slow connections.
Anyone can share the sound of an app or browser tab with the whole table, like a soundboard or an ambience site, and tokens answer with voice lines when selected or on their turn.
Each campaign has its own players, saved scenes, characters and notes, and the table is saved as you play. Close it to players while you prepare the next session.
No downloads and no accounts to set up beyond the one you already have.
With your Discord or Google account. We only get your name and avatar.
Name it, open the table and drop in a map. You're the DM.
Players open it, log in, and confirm that they want to join.
Join the call, roll for initiative, and let the dice fall where they may.
Computer, tablet or phone Chrome, Edge and Firefox on a computer give the roomiest table. On a phone the panels become a tab bar along the bottom, so players and the DM can both play from one. Sharing a window's sound or your screen needs a computer.
The video call is peer-to-peer Video and audio go straight between players, not through our server. It suits a usual table of up to about six people; a very strict work or school network can block it.
Free to play A free account runs 2 campaigns of its own, with 200 MB for maps and portraits, and can join as many other campaigns as it's invited to. Players never pay to sit at a table.
Bring your own content Only freely licensed rules (the SRD and Open5e) are included. D&D Beyond import reads characters you've made public there.
